Regulations "SPORT, HEALTH & YOUTH Call for Projects”

The call for projects without obligation to purchase is organized by the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon, having its registered office at 4 boulevard de Mons, 59650 Villeneuve d’Ascq, published in the JO on August 13, 2005 under No. 20050033 (“the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon”). The purpose of the Regulation is to define the conditions and rules for participation in the call for projects. Participation in the call for projects implies for any participant the full and unreserved acceptance of this Regulation. If you disagree with the terms of the Regulation, you should not register or participate in the call for projects.

Article 1: Duration of the call for projects

The call for projects begins on 01/12/2026 and ends on 04/12/2026. The call for projects is accessible 24 hours a day on the dedicated website for the call for projects published by Agorize and accessible at the URL: https://talentgames.decathlon.com/fr/challenges/appel-a-projets-sante (“the Call for Projects Site”), subject to potential IT maintenance operations or malfunctions.

Article 2: Acceptance of the Regulation

Any person registered on the Call for Projects Site and in the call for projects ("the participant" or "You") must read and expressly accept the Regulation. By accessing and accepting the regulation, You:

  • Have entered into a contract with the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon having enforceable force. It being specified that registration and participation in the call for projects does not, in any way, have the effect of creating a relationship of subordination between the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon and the participant; and
  • Accept fully and entirely without reserve to comply with this Regulation in all its provisions. Acceptance is made by means of an online checkbox during registration for the call for projects. Failure to comply with said Regulation leads to the immediate cancellation of participation and the eventual awarding of grants.

Article 3: Registration and participation in the call for projects

To participate in the call for projects, we must have received your complete registration before 04/12/2026 at 11:55 PM. To participate in the call for projects, the participant must have created a user account on the Call for Projects Site, and filled in the required information, such as their last name, first name, email address, etc., in a loyal and complete manner. Participants who have not justified their complete contact details and identities or who have provided them in an inaccurate or untruthful manner will be disqualified, as will persons refusing the collection, recording, and use of personal information concerning them and strictly necessary for the needs of managing the call for projects. The information provided by the participant in the context of their registration for the call for projects is their responsibility and any error, anomaly, inconsistency, intentional or not, relating to the information communicated by the participant is likely to lead to their disqualification. The Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon reserves the right to proceed with all necessary verifications concerning the identity, postal and/or electronic address of the participants. The deletion of a participant's user account on the Call for Projects Site will be considered as a withdrawal of the latter's participation in the call for projects. In this event, the participant, even if they are able to provide proof that this deletion is not their doing, will not be able to reintegrate the call for projects, nor will they be able to obtain any compensation from the organizing Company. Similarly, to participate in the call for projects, the participant must have accepted this Regulation as well as the General Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy of Agorize, during their registration and the creation of the user account. Registration and participation in the call for projects is entirely free, and without obligation to purchase.

Article 4: Conditions of participation in the call for projects

The call for projects is open to non-profit organizations located in countries where Decathlon is established, subject to being a natural person aged eighteen (18) years and/or legally capable at the time of registration. Only one participation in the call for projects per organization will be admitted. All documents that can justify the eligibility of the participant for the call for projects will be requested before the awarding of grants (notably identity document).

Article 5: Principle of the call for projects and methods of participation

Participation in the call for projects is open to non-profit organizations that submit the project alongside at least one Decathlon collaborator who supports the project locally. This means that the collaborator works in proximity to the actions of the association.

Each person must accept the Regulation, by clicking online via the Agorize interface. The Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon may disqualify a participant or a team (as well as all its members) in the event that one of the participants has not accepted or has not complied with the obligations arising from the Regulation. The call for projects consists of the realization by the participants of projects formalized by deliverables, meeting the requirements set by the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon in the brief of the call for projects. This brief includes information such as the different deadlines, the detail of the grants, the requirements of the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon, etc. (“the Brief”). This Brief is accessible on the Call for Projects Site.

Article 6: Deliverables

During the call for projects, participants can upload, via the Call for Projects Site, any document or any file (such as texts, presentations, videos, etc.) relating to their project in order to respond to said call for projects (the "Deliverable"). To be valid, the Deliverables must (i) respond to the specific problem posed in the Brief, (ii) be in a classic digital format, such as doc, docx, pdf, ppt, pptx, key, odt, mp3, mpeg, mov, mp4, (iii) be in French, and generally, be in accordance with the conditions set by the Regulation. If a Deliverable cannot be uploaded, is not in the correct format, or is incompatible, illegible or unintelligible, it will be disqualified. By submitting a Deliverable, participants declare and guarantee that: The deliverable is composed solely of contributions emanating from an individual participant or a team. Failing that, if content emanating from a third party has been used for the elaboration of the deliverable, all rights, authorizations and necessary agreements to submit the deliverable and grant the rights mentioned herein have been obtained. The existence of a contribution emanating from a third party in violation of these rights will result in the disqualification of the deliverable and the participants concerned. No other natural person and/or legal entity regardless of its form can claim any right due to the use of the Deliverable; and that The content of the Deliverable does not violate and will not violate any right of a third party, including (without this list being exhaustive) intellectual property rights, the right to respect for private life, competition law, confidentiality, or any other contractual or non-contractual right. Any Deliverable suspected of violating the rights of third parties and/or one or more law(s) will be ineligible for the call for projects. Participants are responsible for all costs and expenses relating to the preparation and submission of the Deliverables. Participants are solely responsible in the event of damaged, lost, delayed, incomplete, invalid, incorrect or misdirected Deliverables.

Article 7: Conduct of the call for projects

Deliverables. The fact for a participant not to deposit a Deliverable on the Call for Projects Site before the deadline will be considered as a withdrawal on their part from their participation in the call for projects. The participant may under no circumstances reintegrate the call for projects, nor may they obtain any compensation from the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon. Selection criteria. The deliverables will be judged according to the selection criteria set out below: Project Relevance - Accessibility and Inclusion - Social and Environmental Impact - Quality of Proposed Activities - Feasibility and Sustainability - Partnerships and Collaborations - Evaluation and Impact Measurement - Financial Viability. ATTENTION: the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon reserves the right not to implement the project if the stated criteria are not fully respected. The participant acknowledges being informed and accepts that the proposed call for projects calls upon their creativity, skill and ingenuity to solve complex problems. The call for projects does not depend in any way, even partially, on hazard and luck and therefore cannot be analyzed or likened to a lottery. In no case are elements relating to the person, appearance, religion, union membership, political opinion or sexual orientation of the participants taken into consideration. Notification to participants. Once the selection is completed, participants will be notified by email, at the sole discretion of the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon, of the results of each selection stage. The Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon will be free to modify the dates on which the results are communicated in the event that the number of projects to examine makes this change necessary. The ranking decided by the jury will be announced on the day of the Finale and will designate the finalist participants.

7.1 Submission of files All Deliverables must have been received by the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon before April 12, 2026 11:55 PM. The deliverables must meet the specifications defined in section 6 above, and must include:

  • A response to the complete call for projects form, in PPTX/PPT/PDF format,
  • A quote with detailed needs, in PPTX/PPT, PDF format
  • A presentation video of the project of MAX 3 minutes, in MP4 format,

7.2 Deliberation A deliberation phase will take place from April 13, 2026 to May 11, 2026. The winning projects will be selected by a committee composed of members of the board of the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon as well as experts on the themes and members of the Decathlon company. No deliverable should be deposited on the platform for this stage.

7.3 Announcement of results The results will be announced at the latest on May 31, 2026. The selected projects will be contacted directly by the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon. In the absence of confirmation of participation on their part when the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon tries to contact them by email and by phone, the latter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify the participants concerned. This disqualification, if applicable, cannot give rise to any compensation from the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon.

Article 8: Grant(s)

Grants designate the prizes awarded to the winners of the call for projects and defined below. They are granted to the winners of the call for projects and are conditioned on compliance with the following cumulative conditions:

  • The delivery of Deliverable(s) compliant with the criteria set out in article 6;
  • The acceptance and respect by each of the winners or participants in the winning project of the provisions of this regulation;
  • Proof can be provided that the winning participants fulfill the eligibility conditions, as referred to in article 4. No grant will be awarded to a winner not fulfilling the conditions above. The call for projects is endowed with an amount of €400,000 to be distributed according to the projects received. The amounts paid to the selected projects may differ according to the needs of the latter. The complete budget will be distributed by projects, for financial grants ranging from 1,000 to 20,000 euros maximum. No assignment or transfer of grants by a winner is permitted between winners. If a winner cannot be contacted, cannot accept the grant or a part of it for any reason whatsoever, the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon has no obligation towards this winner. The Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon will not replace a grant that is lost or stolen after being awarded to the winners. Any winner will accept the grant "as is". The Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon provides no guarantee whatsoever on the grants. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted either by email or by phone, within a period of three (3) months following the first contact attempt, they will be considered as having entirely waived the grant and will not be able to obtain this grant from the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon, any more than any compensation or any damages. A participant not complying with the conditions of participation provided in the Regulation during their registration and/or at any stage of the selection process will be disqualified immediately and without notice from the call for projects, and they will not be able to receive any grant. In the event that a grant is awarded to a participant not fulfilling the conditions of participation at the time of their registration or at any time during the call for projects, the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon reserves the right to require from this participant the restitution of the awarded grant.

Article 9: Content of contributions

In a general manner, it is specified that the selection files (written file and video) and the projects communicated by the Teams (hereinafter designated "the Contribution(s)") must in no case infringe upon good morals, respect for human dignity, the values of the DECATHLON network, the protection of minors and their image and respect for any regulation applicable to public order. In this regard, the following Contributions will be systematically refused: content of a vulgar, defamatory, insulting, obscene, racial or xenophobic, pornographic, illegal nature or likely to be so, inciting the consumption of alcohol, tobacco or more broadly any element that would be considered contrary to morality and/or law. In a general manner, the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon reserves the right to invalidate the participation in this call for projects or the win, without prior warning, of any participant or team broadcasting a Contribution not respecting the provisions of this regulation.

Article 10: Confidentiality

There is no obligation on the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon to keep confidential the information contained in the deliverables submitted by the participants. In a general manner, by submitting a Deliverable, participants acknowledge and accept that the information contained therein may be disclosed to the public by the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon. The Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon may ask the winner(s) to sign a confidentiality agreement in order to enter into negotiations regarding the development of their project as described in their Deliverable. This confidentiality agreement concerns the Deliverable as well as the intellectual property rights associated with it. Furthermore, participants acknowledge that the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon can or will be able to develop on its own behalf, or receive from third parties information similar to that contained in one of the deliverables. Consequently, nothing in this Regulation prohibits the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon from acquiring, developing, or having developed independently products, concepts, systems, services, or techniques that are similar or that may compete with the products, concepts, systems, services or techniques that a Deliverable presents or provides. Participants acknowledge that other participants may have provided or will be able to provide to the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon or to third parties content similar or identical to information contained in a Deliverable. Consequently, participants acknowledge and accept that the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon has the right to use said similar or identical content, and that they will have no right to any compensation due to the use of this content by the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon.

Article 11: Intellectual property

11.1 Definitions For the purposes of this section, the following terms are understood as:

  • "Intellectual property rights" refer to any copyright or other rights relating to a trademark, a design or model, a patent and, more generally any element (including trade secrets and know-how) that can be protected by national and/or international laws, or by conventions relating to intellectual property (“the Intellectual Property Rights”);
  • “Prior rights” any intellectual property right and/or any associated know-how held by the participants before the start date of the call for projects (“the Prior rights”);
  • "Creations" or “contributions” any software (including source code and object code), database, technical specification, text, drawing, model, information, knowledge, method, process or product, as well as any resulting element and/or process, developed by a participant as part of a Deliverable submitted during the call for projects and which can be protected or is likely to be under national and/or international laws and conventions relating to current intellectual property (“the Creations”).

11.2 Guarantee of non-infringement By submitting a Deliverable, each participant guarantees to the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon that they are the co/owner and/or the co/holder of the Intellectual Property Rights relating to all or part of the Creations contained in the Deliverables, and that they have obtained all the rights and necessary authorizations relating to these pre-existing Creations or belonging to a third party. Each participant guarantees that: (i) their contributions are unpublished and original; (ii) their contributions do not infringe the rights of a third party; (iii) all the elements composing their contributions as well as all the information communicated in the Deliverables are accurate, reliable and complete; and (iv) the submission of the Deliverables does not constitute an act of unfair competition. Participants must obligatorily include the source of all pre-existing Creations included in the submitted Deliverables. Any Deliverable having been developed by several participants constitutes a collaborative work and should be treated as such under the applicable regulations in force.

11.3 Promise of assignment of rights Participation in the call for projects and the transmission of contributions implies acceptance by each participant, winner or not, of the conditions defined in this article. By depositing their Contributions on the Site, each participant authorizes the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon to exploit, reproduce, represent and adapt all or part of their Contributions, their name, their first name(s), their age, their address, as well as their image and other personality rights for the promotion and illustration of the call for projects (notably in the context of a film having for object the final phase of the call for projects). The authorization referred to above is issued free of charge, for the whole world and for a duration equal to that of the protection of which the Contributions could be the object in all countries where protection can be obtained. Each participant guarantees to the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon to be the holder or to have obtained all the rights and authorizations allowing the exploitations referred to herein. In this regard, the participant must notably have ensured that any person having participated directly or indirectly in the realization or who could claim any right whatsoever with regard to the Contributions and their exploitation, whether notably under intellectual property rights (copyrights or related rights, trademark rights…) or personality rights (notably right to image, right to respect for private life…) cannot come and issue claims under the exploitations referred to herein. The participant will hold at the disposal of the DECATHLON company and/or the DECATHLON Network all necessary written authorizations. The participant guarantees the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon against any recourse exercised by any third party under the exploitations referred to in this Regulation. In this regard, the participant undertakes to take charge of all costs linked to any action as well as the convictions pronounced, in case of claims or lawsuits initiated against the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon.

Article 12: Liability

12.1. The liability of the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon shall not be incurred if, for a case of force majeure or independent of its will, the call for projects had to be modified, shortened or cancelled. It reserves in all cases the possibility of extending the participation period, and/or of postponing any announced date. Any modification of the Regulation will result in a new filing at the Office and will enter into force as from its putting online and any participant will be deemed to have accepted it by the simple fact of their participation in the call for projects, as from the date of entry into force of the modification. Any participant refusing the modification(s) that occurred must cease participating in the call for projects.

12.2. The Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon may cancel all or part of the call for projects if it appears that frauds have occurred in any form whatsoever, notably in a computer manner in the context of participation in the call for projects or the determination of winners. Notably considered as fraud is the fact for a participant to register and then participate in the call for projects under one or more fictitious names or borrowed from one or more third parties. Any fraud results in the elimination of the participant and their team. The Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon reserves, in this event, the faculty to exclude by right any participation emanating from a fraudster, without the latter being able to claim anything. The Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon reserves the right to prosecute anyone who has defrauded or attempted to do so. However, it shall not incur any liability of any kind vis-à-vis the participants due to the frauds possibly committed.

12.3. Participation in the call for projects implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, notably regarding technical performance, response times to consult, query or transfer information, risks of interruption, and more generally, risks inherent in any connection and transmission on the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible diversions and the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network. Consequently, the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon shall under no circumstances be held responsible, without this list being exhaustive:

  • for the content of the services consulted on the site https://talentgames.decathlon.com/fr/challenges/appel-a-projets-sante and in a general manner, for all information and/or data disseminated on the services consulted on the Site;
  • for the transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information on the Internet;
  • for any malfunction of the Internet network preventing the proper conduct/functioning of the call for projects;
  • for failure of any reception equipment or communication lines;
  • for loss of any electronic mail and, more generally, for loss of any data;
  • for routing problems;
  • for the functioning of any software;
  • for the consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly, technical failure;
  • for any damage caused to a participant's computer;
  • for any technical, hardware and software failure of any nature, having prevented or limited the possibility of participating in the call for projects or having damaged a participant's system. It is specified that the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an interruption, a malfunction of any kind and this for any reason whatsoever, or even for any direct or indirect damage that would result, in any way, from a connection to the site https://talentgames.decathlon.com/fr/challenges/appel-a-projets-sante It belongs to any participant to take all appropriate measures so as to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any infringement. The connection of any person to the Site and the participation in the call for projects is done under their full responsibility.

Article 13: Modification of the Regulation, Suspension and cancellation of the call for projects

Update of the regulation. The Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon reserves the right to modify at any time the provisions of the Regulation, including the duration of the call for projects if operational imperatives require it, without the application or the validity of these modifications requiring notification to the participant. The participant is invited to regularly consult the Regulation. The participant expressly waives any claim or dispute relating to any modification made to the Regulation by the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon. In the event that one or more stipulations appearing in the Regulation were considered illegal, null, unenforceable or inapplicable by a court decision, the other stipulations of the Regulation will remain in force. Suspension or cancellation of the call for projects. The Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon reserves the right, at its discretion, (i) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the call for projects, for any reason whatsoever, at any time and without incurring its liability, and (ii) to limit or restrict participation in the call for projects. The Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon shall not be held responsible for the modification, cancellation or suspension of the call for projects, and no compensation or remuneration will be due to the participants.

Article 14: Evidence agreement

It is agreed that, except in the case of manifest error, the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon can rely, notably for purposes of proof of any act, fact or omission, on programs, data, files, records, operations and other elements (such as tracking reports or other statements) of a nature or in computer or electronic formats or media, established, received or kept directly or indirectly by the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon, notably in its information systems. The participants undertake not to contest the admissibility, validity or probative force of the elements of a nature or in computer or electronic formats or media aforementioned, on the basis of any legal provision whatsoever and which specify that certain documents must be written or signed by the parties to constitute proof. Thus, the considered elements constitute evidence and, if they are produced as means of proof by the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon in any litigious or other procedure, they will be admissible, valid and enforceable between the parties in the same manner, under the same conditions and with the same probative force as any document that would be established, received or kept in writing.

Article 15: Protection of personal data

Participation in the call for projects requires the communication of the participant's personal data (“Personal Data”). The participant's Personal Data are subject to processing within the meaning of the regulation on the protection of personal data (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 known as "GDPR") for which the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon defines the purposes and means and is, as such, responsible for this processing within the meaning of the GDPR. The purposes of this processing are:

  • to meet the organizational needs of the Call for Projects;
  • to organize the intermediation between the participant and the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon, to ensure identification, communication and conservation of exchanges with the participant; In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon undertakes to implement organizational and technical security measures aimed at protecting all the Personal Data of the participants. Similarly, the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon undertakes to allow participants to exercise their rights resulting from the GDPR.

Article 16: Complaints

Any complaint on the part of a participant relating to the call for projects must be addressed at the latest 30 days after the end date of the call for projects to the following address: alexia.vanlaere@decathlon.com and chloe.ceres@decathlon.com (for European projects). Any complaint necessarily includes: (i) full contact details (name, address, email address and phone); (ii) the reference of the call for projects; (iii) a clear and detailed explanation of the complaint.

Article 17: Applicable law and dispute resolution

The regulation and the call for projects are subject to French law. In case of a dispute persisting beyond a period of fifteen (15) days after the participant has proceeded with a complaint, the Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon and the participant undertake to submit their conflict to an amicable conciliation prior to any legal procedure. The party wishing to initiate conciliation must inform the other party by means of a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt in which they will inform them of their intentions and specify the cause. If no agreement is found between the parties within thirty (30) days following receipt of the registered letter, the parties regain their freedom of action. In case of persistent disagreement on the application or interpretation of the Regulation, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute likely to arise between the parties will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts to which the parties expressly attribute competence, even in case of plurality of defendants, summary proceedings, impleader or by petition. The regulation is available on the interface allowing participation in this call for projects. The complete Regulation will also be sent by postal mail, free of charge, to any person, upon simple request addressed to: la Fondation d'entreprise Decathlon d'entreprise Decathlon d'entreprise Decathlon Decathlon, 4 bd de Mons, 59650 VILLENEUVE D’ASCQ - Call for Projects: "Caregivers, essential actors of our society: it is time to support you in turn." Let's offer caregivers a new breath through physical activity. The stamp will be reimbursed on the basis of the current "letter" slow rate, upon simple request accompanying the request for the Regulation. No oral request concerning the call for projects will be answered.

Article 18: Filing of the Call for Projects Regulation

The present regulation is filed with a justice commissioner at the following address: Etude de Maître Alain KINGET et Maître Julien MARLIERE Associated bailiffs 51 Boulevard de Strasbourg 4th Floor Pythagoras Building 59000 Lille
