Key objectives
Sport is more than just physical activity; it is a powerful tool for health, empowerment, and social cohesion. It enables young people to improve their well-being, build confidence, and strengthen their connection with others.
We support local and regional initiatives in countries where Decathlon operates, aiming to:
- Promote holistic health: Improve the physical and mental well-being of young people aged 2 to 24 through adapted sports activities.
- Reduce inequalities: Facilitate access to sport for those who are excluded due to their health condition.
- Ensure sustainable impact: Support projects with a duration of more than one year that offer regular weekly activities.
